Vale of Enna came to us as clay ready to mold. Wanting to break away from the classic style of florist websites, Lost Format worked with Vale of Enna to redefine their branding. Playing off the mythology in the name, a theme of beauty emerging from darkness, weaves through the photographs.
We started with a minimalistic site to isolate the types of shots Vale of Enna wanted. This allowed us to capture exactly what they wanted in a single day’s shoot. Scrolling through their website is a glimpse into a day in their space. We prioritized capturing the bold but minimal craftsmanship alongside the staff who bring these masterpieces to life.

Their story:
According to Greek mythology, the “vale of Enna” is the infamous location where Persephone was stolen away to the Underworld, creating the story of how winter gives way to spring each year. The vale is known as a place bursting with flowers, where spring reigned eternal. The Vale of Enna flower boutique embodies this abundance of color, light, and florals.
